FAMILY ANCHOR PURPOSE STATEMENT:

It is our desire and purpose to see marriages and families anchored in God, by reaching out and equipping couples with the truth of God's Word to help them from drifting apart, and to have a clear understanding of the God-given importance of keeping the covenant relationship of marriage. We are committed to see lasting, loving, fulfilled and God-honoring marriages and families.

THE ANCHOR:

The anchor, for this ministry, represents, hope, stability and security for couples and families (HEBREWS 6:19). The stock and shank of an anchor forms the cross which represents self-sacrifice and in any relationship that is the ultimate display of love (PHILIPPIANS 2:3-8). The bottom part of the anchor represents the solid truth's of Gods word (MATTHEW 7:24-25). The rope that holds the anchor represents the marriage covenant between a husband and a wife and God (ECCLESIASTES 4:12b).
